While his main focus is hotels, Mr. Kotwani's entrepreneurial mindset involves him in Pacifica’s growth in other ventures such as multi-family, debt acquisition and new business ventures.
In 1994, Mr. Kotwani moved to Kansas City to expand the acquisition efforts of Pacifica to the Midwest. Mr. Kotwani headed the acquisition and operations of eleven hotels, office buildings, and development projects. Mr. Kotwani received several awards from the area hotel associations and the Chambers of Commerce for his work in the community. In 2002, Mr. Kotwani moved to Florida to head Pacifica’s growth in the Eastern part of the U.S. This included managing the acquisition, operation and growth of several hotels and real estate projects in Florida and New York.
Mr. Kotwani is a mechanical engineer and has earned an MBA in marketing from JBIMS Mumbai, India and an MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas. Mr. Kotwani is an avid bridge and tennis player who loves to spend time with his two daughters.
