Nash Patel, Chief Operating Officer (Southern Region) of Southern Hospitality Services, LLC, moved to the United States from England in 1979. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, he entered the hotel industry in 1987 and has since developed over 13 properties. In 2010, Nash obtained a contractor’s license in Louisiana, and he is now licensed in Alabama as well.
In the early 1990s, Nash and Roy Patel frequently crossed paths in business. Realizing their business ideologies aligned, they decided to form a partnership, which has thrived ever since.
Nash has held key leadership positions, including Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of the West Monroe Convention Visitors Bureau, Board Member of the West Monroe Chamber, and a member of the Hilton Advisory Board for Technology. He also served as past president of the Monroe/West Monroe Hotel Association.
