Natalia Andrade is a driven real estate professional with three years of experience, having built her entire professional career in the real estate industry. She brings a strong analytical and planning-oriented perspective to her work, supported by her academic background and commitment to continuous learning. Natalia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Texas A&M University and most recently completed a Real Estate Investing and Finance certificate through Cornell University, equipping her with a solid foundation in market analysis, development, and investment strategy.
Beyond real estate, Natalia is deeply passionate about community impact and innovation. She helped launch the Big Heroes Tiny Homes Program with Humble ISD, a student-led initiative where high school students design and build tiny homes for homeless veterans. Since 2018, the program has helped more than 100 U.S. veterans transition out of homelessness and has received national and local media recognition. Natalia is also enthusiastic about emerging financial technologies and enjoys staying current in the crypto space, where she has built an engaged TikTok community focused on education and discussion around market trends.
