Natasha Teetsov is a long-time resident of Crystal Lake, Illinois, bringing deep roots and an authentic passion for the Northwest Chicago suburbs to her real estate career. Having grown up in Crystal Lake and now raising her own family there, Natasha offers a profound connection to the community—its neighborhoods, schools, and the people who make it special.
Natasha’s journey began with a degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, where she developed a commitment to collaboration and an appreciation for diverse communities. Milwaukee holds a special place in her heart, as does Rome, Italy, where she studied abroad during graduate school and met her husband. Later, Natasha earned her Master’s in Education from Loyola University Chicago and spent nearly a decade living and working in Chicago. Her experiences in the city inspired her dedication to creating welcoming, inclusive communities—a value she carries into her real estate work and community service.
Before transitioning to real estate, Natasha built a successful career in higher education as an Assistant Dean and Senior Lecturer at Loyola University Chicago, a role she continues today. Through this work, she honed skills in educational planning, advising, conflict resolution, and crisis management—expertise that translates seamlessly into guiding clients through the often emotional and complex process of buying or selling a home. Her service as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner in Crystal Lake has further deepened her understanding of local development and housing market dynamics. Natasha is also a candidate for Crystal Lake City Council, with plans to join in May 2025, underscoring her commitment to strengthening the community she loves.
