Nate is a Senior Vice President in the Brokerage Services group at Transwestern. He has served the Minneapolis/St. Paul market since 2011 and specializes in representing companies in the manufacturing, distribution and life sciences fields.
Nate has extensive experience assisting clients with facility acquisitions and dispositions, lease renegotiations and relocations. Notable clients include: Colony Northstar, Corner Home Medical, Dalfen America Corp, McLane Company, Medivators, TA Realty, Technical Resin Packaging, Travelers, United Properties, Wunderlich Malec Engineering, and Zions National Bank.
Nate maintains an active role in the real estate community and holds several leadership roles within NAIOP Minnesota including chairing the Developing Leaders Committee.
