When Nathan co-founded Primus Real Estate Services in 1999, there was a clear vision: provide unmatched service to tenants and pursue best in class development opportunities. Since then, Nathan has played a principal role in the development of approximately 1,000,000 SF of Class A shopping centers and mixed use developments, including two Target anchored power centers.
When he is not focused on real estate, Nathan’s interests include off-road motorcycle racing, cycling, and spending time with his three children.
Experience:
Nathan got his start in real estate as a commercial real estate appraiser with American Realty Analysts. He later joined The Wetizman Group where he started on the ground level of shopping center leasing, and quickly became a Senior Vice President and one of the company’s top producers. His development experience includes land acquisition, leasing, sales, finance, construction management, and asset management.
Nathan views tenant relationships as the cornerstone of successful retail. He has fostered relationships and completed deals with notable companies such as Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, Steinmart, Michaels, Guitar Center, OfficeMax, Petsmart, Spec’s Fine Wines, Hard Rock Cafe, BJ’s Brewhouse, Taco Cabana, Mimi’s Cafe, Chili’s, Mattress Firm and Firestone.
