Prior to founding Regioncy, Inc., in 2011, Nathan Diones was affiliated with a national real estate brokerage where he was recognized as the youngest licensed broker within the firm and received awards for “Rookie of the Year” and “Executive” awards for completing the buying, selling and leasing of over $270M in transactions throughout CA, AZ, NV, TX, TN and ID from 2008-2024. Former member of the Board of Directors from 2017 – 2022 and oversaw 2,451 current Realtor Members. Board member for the Assessment Appeals Board which is an appointed position by San Bernardino County Supervisor and California Assemblyman, James Ramos. 2 Year Term from 2018 – December 2020. Nathan is actively engaged in owning multifamily, retail and storage properties throughout the western United States.
