Nathan Logan is General Counsel of MCR. In this role, he leads the legal aspects of MCR’s business.
Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Logan practiced law for 12 years with the global firm Latham & Watkins LLP, where he specialized in real estate M&A and financing transactions for private equity firms, REITs and other commercial real estate owners and investors. Mr. Logan represented MCR as outside counsel while at Latham & Watkins LLP and has advised on nearly every significant acquisition and development project the company has undertaken since 2013.
Mr. Logan received a law degree from the University of Notre Dame and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois.
