Nathan grew up in Great Falls, Montana, and built his life around the same things he brings to his clients today — discipline, resilience, and a love for the outdoors. A biochemistry graduate of Loras College, Nathan went on to earn his MBA in Finance and Healthcare Administration in Chicago, where he worked for a Fortune 500 company, taught graduate-level business courses, helped scale an international electronic medical records company into the U.S. market, and expanded a utility cost reduction company from one state to all 50 states and Canada. He began investing in multifamily real estate in 2009, and by 2015 joined Coldwell Banker Commercial to pursue his passion full-time. In 2018, he became a partner at Coldwell Banker Commercial CBS, where he has consistently ranked as a top producer. His production honors include: • #1 Producing CBC Agent in Montana (2021, 2023, & 2025) • First broker in Montana to earn the Platinum Circle of Distinction (2021) • Gold Circle of Distinction (2022, 2023, 2025) • Silver Circle of Distinction (2024) • Bronze Circle of Distinction (2019, 2020) • Over $250 million in commercial real estate sold Nathan earned his CCIM designation in 2022, recognized as the gold standard in commercial real estate investment analysis. Outside the office, Nathan enjoys time with his wife and six children camping, fly fishing, and skiing — and remains active in his church and local business community.
