Born and raised in Cincinnati, Nathan Mays is a dedicated real estate professional who takes pride in helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. A graduate of Lakota East High School and Ohio University, where he studied International Business and Psychology, Nathan combines market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first approach to every transaction.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2023, Nathan has helped clients successfully buy and sell homes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. He works with first-time homebuyers, growing families, sellers, and investors, providing honest advice, clear communication, and a low-pressure approach from start to finish.
Prior to real estate, Nathan spent nearly a decade actively analyzing financial markets, developing a data-driven approach that continues to benefit his clients today. Whether evaluating property values, identifying opportunities, or negotiating favorable terms, he believes informed decisions lead to better outcomes.
