Nathan Wang is the Founder and Managing Partner of Castlemaine Partners, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in brokerage, investment, and development. He leads the firm’s vision with a hands-on, analytical approach—helping clients navigate complex markets and unlock long-term value through adaptable strategies.

Before launching Castlemaine in 2025, Nathan was Vice President at Highgate Partners, where he drove growth within the brokerage business, overseeing acquisitions, and client advisory across the Sun Belt. He also co-founded Citadel Venture Holdings in Houston, where he oversaw all aspects of the business including underwriting, capital structuring and investment management.
Nathan began his career at Clay & Company, gaining experience across industrial, office, multifamily, medical office, and hospitality properties. He holds a Finance degree from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
