Naveen Shah is the founder and principal of Navika Capital Group, a U.S.-based hospitality and commercial real estate investment platform. With a background in accounting and finance, he began his career in public accounting before establishing a successful CPA practice in New York, serving corporate and professional clients across the Northeast.
In 2005, Naveen transitioned into hospitality and commercial real estate, founding the Navika Group of Companies, headquartered in Long Island, New York. Under his leadership, Navika has built and invested in a diversified portfolio of approximately 70 full-service hotels across the United States, along with select investments in retail and recreational real estate.
To support operational scale and performance, Naveen also launched Blue Sky Hospitality Solution, a full-service hotel management company. Blue Sky manages properties affiliated with leading global brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and Starwood, and is recognized for its disciplined operating platform and growth-oriented management approach.
Naveen Shah brings more than two decades of experience in hotel ownership, asset management, and operations, and is widely regarded as a disciplined investor and operator within the U.S. hospitality sector.
