Neal retired after 40 years of upper level management for Belk Stores. He is educated in the field of retail marketing and has extensive sales experience.
Shortly after retirement, he started his own insurance company but soon discovered that he not only enjoyed buying and developing commercial real estate, but he enjoyed selling it as well.
He first joined the McCoy Wright Realty Team in 2006, then after a couple years, accepted an offer to manage 4 Hospice Thrift Stores.
Neal felt the draw back to commercial real estate and once again joined team McCoy Wright in 2014. He was met with great enthusiasm by everyone here. We were thankful to have him back!
