Neal Thakor grew up in the family business with their first family Baldwin Bridge Motel located in Old Saybrook, CT. His father Rashmi Thakor purchased their first family Motel in 1985 and instilled the importance of Hospitality fundamentals to Neal at a very early age.
Neal’s first Hotel was purchased in 1999 the Country Inn & Suites located in Tuscaloosa, AL. Neal then went on to co-create Triad Property Management with his close friend Mayur Desai in 2005.
