Neal Zingelmann is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. He graduated from The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Minor in Business. He initially worked as a professional in the software industry at USAA & Valero Energy focusing on process improvement & project management. With a passion for Real Estate, Neal launched a real estate company Z Texas Real Estate, in 2001. At that time the market was strong, and he started in the Land and Ranch Sales industry. Neal sold many small and large ranches and worked to build the relationships necessary to allow the company to grow. After a few years selling ranches, he decided to expand his business with his wife Merideth joining him and they began work in the
residential market. At that point, the brokerage jumped headfirst into selling distressed properties and marketing REOs from banks and lending institutions (foreclosures). Selling distressed properties gave Neal keen insight into valuation, investment and he developed a real estate selling process that helped buyers capitalize on the investment of their home purchase. Over the last several years much has changed in the Real Estate market. The experience Neal has gained over the years continues to provide significant value to buyers, sellers, and investors though an array of Real Estate Investment opportunities. In addition to walking clients through the traditional buying and selling real-estate transactions, we have a branch of the company, Zingelmann Properties, that
owns single family homes and has passively invests in several multifamily syndications.
