Chartered Commercial Investment Surveyor with present role divided between administering the asset management of several large portfolios consisting of both commercial and residential property, and investment consultancy.
Working on behalf of a variety of property companies, high net worth individuals and personal pension schemes in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring property investments. Including:-
- Actively sourcing and researching a variety of real estate investment opportunities
- Compiling and analysing industry, market, and asset level research and data
- Evaluating potential investments including sector dynamics, covenant strength, projected performance, risks, and anticipated role in client’s business plan
- Preparing investor reports and investment strategy advice
- Assisting with closing of transactions including liaising directly with professional advisers
- Administering active asset management initiatives across a variety of commercial and residential portfolios to increase returns, enhance value, and reduce overheads. This involves the management and profitable disposal of assets, including monitoring performance, investor reporting and implementing active asset management initiatives on an on-going basis.
