Neil Murray has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience at Capital Real Estate Advisors. He specializes in tenant representation, financial analysis, lease negotiation, reorganization and backup contingency consulting. In addition to serving as a Senior Managing Director Role at Capital Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Murray still serves as Senior Advisor to the Asian American Business Development Center and as a member of the New York Technology Council. He is also President of the Cardinal Hayes High School Tri-State Chapter. Mr. Murray fosters strong client relationships through competitive cost-saving analysis and individualized problem solving strategies. Leftfield Pictures, New York City’s largest television production company, has greatly benefited from Mr. Murray’s representation at their current home, 460 West 34th Street.
