Bio
I was born in New York City and moved to Miami Florida at a young age. Went to school locally graduating High School top of my class were I then attended College and got a degree in Business Administration. In 1992 I got my real estate license were I used my hospitality industry experience and applied it to my real estate business and became Rookie of the year and top producer of my office in my first year. A few years later I became a licensed real estate broker and opened my brokerage business in 1999 Nelson Realty Services, Inc. I realized early in my career that financing is a key to the real estate industry so I became a loan originator and adjusting my business model to include a loan origination business in the menu of services offered in my brokerage firm. Our main objective pr business philosophy is to provide the highest degree of service, professionalism and integrity you deserve from a 30+ years experienced real estate broker. Specializing in both, residential and commercial real estate. I have been involved in over 5,000 real estate transactions both in the sale and financing of the transaction.
