Nelson Way oversees leasing of the company’s existing portfolio in the Philadelphia region and at the Navy Yard, where Ensemble is the largest private landlord.
Way’s role also incorporates leasing and development for the company’s partnership in Ensemble/Mosaic, a joint venture between Ensemble and Mosaic Development Partners. In 2022, the partnership began executing on its $4.5 billion development plan starting with a 137,000 square foot speculative laboratory and office development at 1201 Normandy Place.
Nelson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of NAIOP where he has served on the Developing Leaders Board and is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Philadelphia. A Philadelphia-area native, Way is married with three children.
