Nic started as an intern with NAI United in 2019 and was promoted to Commercial Associate and Director of Property Management upon graduating, with honors, from Morningside University.
Nic has sold over $100M in commercial real estate since 2020, based in part due to his confidence and determination. He works diligently to seek out investment opportunities for his clients. Nic’s niche is multifamily & self storage properties.
Although Nic stepped away from his duties as Director of Property Management in 2024, during his time as manager he increased property management revenue by over 200% by adding several hundred new units to the management company.
