Bio
Nicco is a Senior Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has extensive experience in commercial real estate, including sales, equity placement and debt financing.
Nicco is responsible for leading the New York City Structured Transaction vertical and is primarily accountable for originating, marketing and placing equity and structured debt transactions throughout the United States with a specific focus on the Northeast region. During his time with HFF/JLL, he has participated in the completion of more than $9 billion in real estate transactions.
