From his first position as a Kimpton opening doorman, to Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, Nick’s hospitality career spans decades.
Nick initially joined Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants as a doorman in 1991 at the acclaimed Vintage Plaza in Portland, Oregon. Ten years later, Nick secured the leading role at Hotel Triton in San Francisco becoming General Manager. Nick continued his journey with Kimpton over the course of over a decade moving from GM to Director of Operations to then Regional VP of Hotel Operations for the Northeast and Florida in 2013. Following IHG’s acquisition of Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Nick was appointed SVP of hotel operations in 2016.
Over the course of 33 years, Nick’s contributions validated a central tenet of Kimpton’s Fortune-awarded culture.
