Nick Hovsepian began his real estate career with Corcoran in 2012. He has a track record of over 400 closed sales and experience selling 17 new developments in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Nick has a reputation as a knowledgeable and trustworthy guide through the many challenges of NYC real estate, and whether consulting with developers on floorplans and strategy, working with sellers on staging, or advocating for his buyer clients, he can always be relied upon as an honest and empathetic voice.
