Ledvora launched his career in investment brokerage with Marcus & Millichap in 2005. Quickly rising through the ranks, Ledvora obtained top agent in Orlando in 2007 & 2008 while earning numerous industry rewards. In 2009, Ledvora founded Equity Investment Services, a full service commercial real estate firm that focused on adding values through the entire investment life cycle. Later in 2011, Ledvora cofounded Other Street Ventures, an investment group focused on value-added acquisitions across multiple asset types and classes. Ledvora has won numerous company and industry sales awards. Overall, Ledvora has sold more than $1 billion of investment assets across the 37 states. After his journey at Ledvora he then moved on to LH Capital.
