My name is Nick Mejerski and I am a Partner of the Tuvia Group of Marcus & Millichap. I run our group's Multifamily & Land-Development activity in the Northwestern quadrant of the City of Los Angeles.
My deal flow is prominent in Beverly Hills, Beverly Grove, Melrose, Fairfax, Miracle Mile, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, West Hollywood, and their surrounding communities.
In 2017, I was initially recruited by Jason Tuvia, Senior Managing Director of Investments, as an underwriter for the team. I became familiar with the intricate elements of accurately evaluating a client’s assets and expanded on the team's marketing momentum. Since then, I've transitioned into a full-time agency position. In this role I've received a few accolades worth mentioning; in 2020 I received the "Rising Star" Award, in 2022 I reached full Partner status with the group and began mentoring other agents. In ‘23, I received both the "Emerging Core" and "Most Improved Agent" awards. Most recently in May of ‘24, I was promoted to “Senior Investment Associate” within the firm.
My tenacity and curiosity, coupled with a commitment to a win-win approach, ensure that I consistently deliver results that significantly advance my clients' goals.
I graduated from California State University Northridge's (CSUN) David Nazarian College of Business in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and dual options in Business Law and Real Estate. While on campus, I started CSUN's only Real Estate Club which operates as a network for connecting professionals and students alike.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my girlfriend, family, and friends. I am currently restoring a 1970 Pontiac Le Mans with my father.
