Nick Nemeth brings over 21 years of corporate real estate leasing and development experience to his position. For nine years of his real estate career, Mr. Nemeth was the Corporate Officer in charge of a portfolio of office projects in New Jersey, Connecticut and New York. His responsibilities included the entire spectrum of real estate disciplines including project sourcing, due diligence, acquisitions, site plan approvals, construction, leasing and management.
Having been an owner of corporate office buildings for nearly half of his career, Mr. Nemeth brings a tremendous advantage in negotiating leases for his clients.
