Bio
Nicholas Regan joined CBRE in Toronto as a Senior Sales Associate, with the Suburban Retail Team in November 2023. Graduating from Ryerson University with a BComm (Hons) in Retail Management, where he learned to understand the inner workings of retailers on a micro & macro level. He is a member of ICSC and actively involved in the real estate community with a focus on Retail Investment Sales, Leasing & Development.
After graduating, Nicholas began his career as 1 of 25 individuals across North America selected for an associate development program with a national brokerage. As the latest member of the Suburban Retail Team, Nicholas will be supporting Tenants and Developers across Ontario.
