Nichole Popovics is the President of TSCG, the nation’s largest independently owned, retail-only real estate services firm. Appointed in 2026, she leads the company at a pivotal moment of industry transformation, bringing a rare combination of national relationships, cross-sector expertise, and a forward-looking vision for the future of retail real estate.
Since joining TSCG in 2021 as EVP and Managing Director of National Tenant Advisory Services, Popovics has spent five years strengthening the firm’s national platform and deepening relationships across every side of the business. Her background spans tenant representation, ownership, REIT operations, and private development—giving her an uncommon ability to bridge perspectives and drive integrated solutions for clients and partners.
As President, Popovics serves as the external face and voice of TSCG, focusing on business development, talent recruitment, and elevating the firm’s national profile. She works closely with TSCG’s business leaders to ensure the company operates as a fully unified platform positioned to shape—not just respond to—the rapid evolution of retail real estate.
Popovics is an active contributor to the industry’s most influential organizations. She serves on the ULI Retail Real Estate Product Council, co-chaired the ICSC Open Air Centers Conference in 2025, and sits on the Florida State University Real Estate Board. Her insights have been featured on leading industry podcasts, including Retail Retold.
Previously based in Tampa, she is relocating to Atlanta to lead from TSCG’s headquarters as the firm enters its next chapter of growth and innovation.
