Nick Fazio joined JLL in 2026 as a Vice President within the firm’s quickly expanding Chicago Industrial Services team. Growing up in Chicago, he brings a deep understanding of local submarkets and a passion for the future of the Windy City’s real estate industry. Nick primarily focuses on landlord representation in the Chicagoland area, with a broader focus on industrial tenant representation nationally.
Prior to joining JLL, Nick spent several years at Avison Young involved in transactions totaling 2.5 million square feet, 270 acres, and over $415 million in total consideration by representing many institutional investors and corporate users.
