Nick Fazio joined Avison Young in 2022 as an associate within the firm’s quickly expanding Chicago Industrial Services team. Growing up in Chicago, he brings a deep understanding of local submarkets and a passion for the future of the Windy City’s real estate industry. Nick will primarily focus on landlord representation in the I-55 corridor, with a broader focus on industrial tenant representation across Chicagoland and nationally.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Nick spent several years in the digital marketing space within multiple industry verticals, where he honed communication and sales methodology skills. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in advertising and media sales.
Since joining Avison Young, Nick has been involved in transactions totaling 2.5 million square feet, 270 acres, and over $415 million in total consideration by representing many institutional investors and corporate users, such as:
