Hanson began his career with Marcus & Millichap specializing in the sale of Industrial and Office Investment properties across Florida. Most recently Hanson was a Senior Vice President with Colliers International where he was involved several transactions totaling more than $1 billion in sales. He has worked on behalf of numerous private and institutional clients including Blue Vista, Taurus Holdings, TerraCapManagement and RealOpInvestments.
Among many high-profile transactions, Nick handled the sale of Flanders sale-leaseback portfolio for $50 million, and American Industrial Center for $49 million. At that time, AIC was the largest–ever industrial park sale in Central Florida representing 20-percent of the entire Longwood industrial market.
