Nick Henry, Founder of The Henry Group at Beachside Partners, specializes in the sale of apartment buildings in Ventura & Santa Barbara counties. Nick is the #1 agent by volume of Ventura CO apartment buildings in the 2-100 unit category sold over last 9 years since joining Beachside Partners. In his career spanning nearly 20 years Nick has closed over 220 real estate transactions totaling over $340M. He has represented numerous investors, syndication groups and affordable housing agencies in buying and selling both large and small multifamily investment properties. Nick is a winner of the CoStar 2023 Annual Power Broker & 2024 Q3 Quarterly Deal Power Broker Awards. Mr. Henry owns several apartment buildings himself. Prior to practicing brokerage, he worked as a property manager at one of the largest property management companies in Santa Barbara. Nick is a board member of Carpinteria Valley Little League and a member of the Oxnard branch of Provisors. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz. Outside of real estate Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys and being as active as possible through mountain biking, surfing and coaching youth sports.
