Nick Kittredge is responsible for all operations and capital deployment in the eastern United States. Key markets include Toronto, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando and South Florida.
Previously, Nick was senior vice president/country manager for Prologis’ business in Brazil. He joined Prologis in 2004 and has served in a variety of positions in the U.S. and abroad, including as senior vice president/general manager, Brazil; vice president, Acquisitions, Mexico; transactions officer, Mexico; and transactions associate, Southwest region.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds two degrees from the University of Pennsylvania: an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Master of Arts degree in International Studies from the Lauder Institute. He is a member of NAIOP, YPO and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
