Nick joins Black Label Commercial Group with three plus years’ experience in commercial real estate in the metro Houston market concentrating in industrial, retail and office investment, leasing and development. His broad business insight and expertise are valuable assets for our clients. Nick graduated from two of the premier academic institutions in the country, Stuyvesant High School and Columbia University. An International Affairs major, Nick began his business career in the shipping industry excelling as a chartering broker with Bunge Corporation, and later as a competitive broker, building relationships with international traders and ship owners around the globe. Nick later was recruited by European industrialists and investors to establish and manage a multi-faceted operation in the United States with diverse interests ranging from industrial/manufacturing R&D support, procurement and logistics, real estate investment and management, and merchant banking activities involving start-up investments in assorted businesses ranging from marine fuels brokering/ trading and shipping, to synthetic fibers and technology.
