Nick Macoritto is an Executive Vice President with the National Retail Investment Group and is responsible for lead generation and deal execution covering all classes of retail investment sales. During his 13 years of working in real estate investment sales and financial services, Mr. Macoritto has gained experience through the disposition of retail asset portfolios, grocery anchored centres, enclosed malls, single tenant NNN properties, pharmacy anchored plazas and other unique opportunities with significant development or redevelopment upside.
Before joining JLL, Mr. Macoritto worked in Restructuring and Corporate Finance advising private equity clients and their portfolio companies in turnaround and performance improvement situations. Mr. Macoritto graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Honours Business Administration (HBA).
