In this role, he advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate. This includes traditional real estate transactions and development funding. Nick joined the real estate industry in 2002, working at Drivers Jonas and then Deloitte before joining the company in 2016. He has worked within Capital Markets since 2004, principally focussing on UK Business Space and Portfolios. He took on the leadership role of the Industrial & Logistics team within Capital Markets in 2017.
