Nick Peacher is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BlueRidge Real Estate Partners. He helps to lead the strategic direction of the industrial brokerage business, which includes overseeing operations, spearheading business development, and executing on industrial deals.
Prior to founding BlueRidge, Nick served as Managing Director of Stream Atlanta’s industrial platform and was instrumental in growing the institutional landlord portfolio to over 20M SF. He successfully completed more than $750M of lease and sale transactions during his tenure and was consistently recognized as a top producer within the office.
Prior to joining Stream, Nick was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. During his military tenure, he served as an Infantry Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer. Throughout his training, he completed a variety of military courses including Airborne and Ranger School.
