Nick Ramsey joined NewQuest in 2018 and serves as a Senior Vice President on the Retail Services team. Before Nick joined CBRE in 2017, he worked with RPM Exploration Ltd. where he was responsible for title examination and lease negotiations for oil and gas prospects. He also generated lease check reports and bill of sale assignments in the dissolution of exploration partnerships. During the past year and a half, Nick has provided advice on diverse aspects of real estate, including investment and lease evaluation and marketing, financing, tenant representation, site selection, strategic planning, and general consulting to local, national, and international restaurant and retail clients.
Nick’s experience includes providing real estate counseling to such clients as Peli Peli, Salata, Cafe Express, Island Grill, Sushi Sakura Express, and Hot Pot.
