Bio
Nick serves as an Associate in Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office. He joined the Northwest Multifamily Group as an Analyst in 2019 and has since been heavily involved in the research and underwriting process to help facilitate the disposition of over $1 billion of real estate. While at Marcus & Millichap, Nick has also been actively involved in the construction of financial models focusing on both ground-up development sites and stabilized multifamily assets. His expertise in financial analysis, granular market research, and commercial property valuation encompasses the skillset needed to provide clients with the highest level of real estate services.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Nick served as an intern with a top producing brokerage team at First Western Properties in their Kirkland office. His time at First Western enabled him to gain a strong understanding of the Puget Sound commercial real estate market through ArcGIS and financial analysis. Prior to his time at First Western, he served as an intern at First American Properties, primarily involved in market research across multiple asset classes and trade areas.
