Bio
Nick Sotta joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 as an analyst and has since become an agent specializing in multifamily assets. He is part of the 75 Units and Under team which is overseen by industry leaders Nick Fluellen and Bard Hoover. Sotta is active in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and takes an advisory-based approach to assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets. His main priority is to make sure clients can achieve their ultimate goal in regards to their financial future. With his time as an analyst, he gained an extensive market knowledge as well as a financial prowess and uses those skills to effectively value and market properties.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nick graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance. Growing up in Portland, Oregon, he has a passion for travel and sports and enjoys playing basketball in his spare time.
