Nick joined Michael Elliott in 2013 having spent 10 years in investment banking with Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital. Nick’s experience means he has an analytical, results-driven approach, and an exceptional eye for detail.
Since joining us, Nick has been involved with several high profile deals including Threadneedle Investments’ sale of Centro 1&2, Camden for £62.55 million, Grainmarket Asset Management’s disposal of 28-30 Cornhill for £26.1 million and the sale of 60 St Martin’s Lane on behalf of a private investor for £44 million.
