Nick's experience over the past 33 years has included a wide range of UK instructions for both landlords and tenants. He has been involved in leasing some of the country's high profile centres and has also advised numerous national and international retailers on acquisition and disposal strategies throughout the UK. He has advised on a number of significant investment purchases, where his occupational and leasing experience has been crucial.
Nick was a founding Partner of MMX Retail in 2010. Prior to that, he was a Senior Director and Head of Retail at Savills following their acquisition of niche practice Blair Kirkman in 2006, where he was an Equity Partner. Nick also worked as an Estate Manager at Marks & Spencer prior to joining Blair Kirkman and started his career as a graduate at Gerald Eve. Nick regularly provides opinions pieces and comments to various property and retail journalists.
