Nicolas has 17 years of experience of leasing management. He started with Westcliff a company with 40 major projects and has a current portfolio of more than 10 million square feet of leasable space throughout Canada and the United States and about 10 million square feet of land for future development. Projects include regional and super regional shopping centers, office towers, industrial properties, condominiums and apartment units in Québec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador and Dallas, Texas. He works as a general manager in 2005, worked his way up and now is the Vice President of Leasing at Westcliff management.
