Bio
Nicolas started his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in the Dallas office as an investment sales agent. He focused solely on single tenant Fast Food/Casual Dining Restaurants all around the US.
After being with Marcus & Millichap, he made the transition with his team over to Colliers International in the Dallas office, where they run the National Capital Markets platform for NNN and CTL properties groups.
He now works on the Capital Markets team at EDGE Realty Partners in Dallas, TX.
