Nicolas Moretti is an Associate Director at Marcus & Millichap’s Vancouver office, specializing in investment sales and leasing. While he focuses on industrial assets in Vancouver, Burnaby, and the Tri-Cities, he has successfully transacted across all major asset classes throughout B.C.
He advises on acquisitions, dispositions, project leasing, and build-to-suit opportunities—bringing a strong work ethic, sharp financial analysis, and creative strategies to identify value-add potential and reposition assets to maximize utility and long-term value.
Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC’s Sauder School of Business. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020 after working in acquisitions and development for a multinational firm.
