Bio
Nikki Chappell joined NAI Realvest in 2022 as an Associate. She has partnered with Monika Chappell, Senior Vice President/ Industrial, to assist owners and occupants of industrial buildings with the leasing, sale and disposition of real estate.
Nikki grew up with a real estate background, being the 4th generation involved in commercial real estate and development. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. After graduating, she worked with a property management firm and a title insurance company, giving her the analytical skills required to assist clients with their needs.
Nikki is a former Nationally-Ranked junior tennis player.
