Savills has recruited Nicole de Blaquière to its national retail team, joining as a director based at the firm’s London headquarters.
She brings experience in client-facing roles to Savills having previously worked with retail specialist Green & Partners and, prior to this, was at Cushman & Wakefield for six years. During her tenures, she worked closely with landlords and provided expert retailer consultancy advice
Prior to joining G&P, Nicole worked at Cushman & Wakefield where she advised a wide range of landlords such as TfL, Romulus, British Land, Landsec, Shaftesbury & URW. In her new role she will continue to work with high profile landlords including M&G Real Estate, DTZ Investors, Landsec, Hammerson and British Land as well as private individuals.
Having had almost 11 years’ experience in client facing roles, Nicole is effective and skilled at understanding individual client needs; she thinks outside the box and utilises her in-depth knowledge of retailers to effectively target occupiers who assist in delivering her clients
