Nicole "Nikki" Valentin began as a commercial buyer/tenant agent in NYC before moving to Rockland in 2005. She taught herself to buy and "flip" properties and quickly learned the seller/landlord side of a transaction by becoming one herself. She's thrilled to be part of the Rand family in both commercial and residential brokerages. Additionally, she is a volunteer EMT with New City Volunteer Ambulance Corps. She shares this interest with her 2 children who are members of the volunteer youth rescue squad and serves as a Youth Advisor to the 30+ other youth corps members.
