Nicole Mentone is a Transaction Manager in CBRE Chicago’s Advisory & Transaction Services line of business. In this role, Nicole provides brokerage services to her clients and is responsible for the ongoing management of their real estate needs.
Market knowledge, collaboration with other real estate professionals, and customer service are essential elements of Nicole’s work. Maintaining an efficient and successful environment for her clients and teammates are her top priorities. Nicole’s experience includes agency and occupier representation as well as seller and purchaser representation across a myriad of property types, specializing in industrial and urban land assets.
Nicole leads the CBRE team that manages school repurposing and site selection process for the Chicago Board of Education as well as the team consulting on land disposition for the City of Chicago. Throughout her ten-year tenure, she has managed the demands and needs of city leadership and community residents in every aldermanic ward of the city.
