Role and Responsibilities
Currently, Nicole is the Commercial Lease Administrator for Sampson Morris Group where she writes, reads, interprets and enforces leases on behalf of the Landlord.
Prior to joining Sampson Morris Group, Nicole oversaw the daily operations of the Cushman & Wakefield/Pittsburgh brokerage and leasing team, assisting with financial analysis, property surveys and tour assembly, as well as, maintaining the company’s online property databases and managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable for all transactions. She was responsible for all financial reporting and coordinated broker continuing education and licensing on behalf of the company. In addition, Ms. Montecupo managed C&W/Pittsburgh's information technology systems and assisted with the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, including social media updates and the official C&W/Pittsburgh blog.
